Terms & Conditions
The terms for using the Trip2World website and services.
Who we are
Trip2World is operated by [To be confirmed: Registered legal entity name], registered office: [To be confirmed: Registered office address]. Branch offices: [To be confirmed: Branch office addresses (or "None")]. GSTIN: [To be confirmed: GST registration number (GSTIN)].
Contact: info@trip2world.in · +91 99045 57320 (Monday–Saturday, 9:30 AM – 7:00 PM (IST)). Grievance officer: [To be confirmed: Grievance officer name] [To be confirmed: Grievance officer designation] [To be confirmed: Grievance officer e-mail] [To be confirmed: Grievance officer mobile number].
Our role
Trip2World acts as a travel agent. We arrange travel services that are provided by independent suppliers: airlines, hotels, ground handlers, activity and transfer operators and, for visa assistance, the embassy, consulate, visa application centre or immigration authority concerned. The supplier provides the service, and its own conditions (for example an airline's conditions of carriage or a hotel's rate rules) apply to it in addition to these terms. Unless a quotation expressly says that Trip2World itself provides a service, we do not operate any flight, hotel, activity or transfer.
When we put together a holiday package, the quotation lists each component and what is and is not included, and we arrange each component with its supplier.
How our services are offered
Most services are arranged on request: you send an enquiry or a request, our team prepares a written quotation, and you decide whether to accept it. Sending an enquiry or a request books nothing and promises no price or availability. Online search and instant booking are available only for services where the website offers them; a service marked "enquiry only" cannot be booked or paid for online.
Using this website
You must give accurate information, use the website lawfully, and keep your account password confidential. We may refuse or cancel a request that appears fraudulent or abusive. Prices, availability and travel information can change until a booking is confirmed.
Where the website shows a demonstration label, the results are illustrative and are not live supplier availability or prices.
Bookings, payments and cancellations
See our Booking Terms, Payment Terms and Cancellation & Refund Policy. You accept them, together with the quotation's own cancellation terms, when you accept a quotation or confirm a booking.
Your information and travel documents
You are responsible for the accuracy of the names, dates, ages, contact details and other information you give us for every traveller, and for holding a valid passport, visas, health documents and any other entry requirements. Visa and entry information on this website is general guidance, not a guarantee; the relevant authorities decide. If a booking cannot be used, or has to be changed, because information you gave us was wrong or a travel document was missing or invalid, the supplier's charges for that apply, and we will tell you what can still be done.
Changes, disruption and events outside our control
Suppliers may change schedules, cancel services or overbook, and events outside our reasonable control can disrupt travel: for example severe weather, natural disasters, epidemics, strikes, war or civil unrest, government action, or the failure of a supplier's or a payment system. When this happens we tell you what the supplier offers, help you with rebooking or with a refund claim, and pass on to you any refund or compensation we receive from the supplier for your booking. We cannot guarantee a supplier's or an authority's decision.
Liability
[To be confirmed: Registered legal entity name] is responsible for providing its own services (our advice, quotations, the bookings we make and the information we give you) with reasonable care and skill, and is liable for its own errors as required by law. We are not responsible for the acts or omissions of suppliers or authorities that we do not control, or for loss caused by inaccurate information given to us, but we will help you raise the matter with the supplier. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost earnings or missed business opportunities, that was not reasonably foreseeable when you booked.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Complaints and grievances
Contact us first at info@trip2world.in or +91 99045 57320, with your booking or request reference. If the matter is not resolved, write to our grievance officer: [To be confirmed: Grievance officer name] [To be confirmed: Grievance officer designation] [To be confirmed: Grievance officer e-mail] [To be confirmed: Grievance officer mobile number]. We acknowledge every complaint within 48 hours and resolve it within one month of receiving it.
You may also contact the National Consumer Helpline (1915, consumerhelpline.gov.in) or approach a consumer commission.
Governing law
[To be confirmed: Governing law and jurisdiction]
This does not take away your right to bring a consumer complaint before any consumer commission available to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and policies. The version that applies to a booking is the one you accepted; we record that version, and the time, with your acceptance. Current version: draft-2026-10-07.
